What would u do if you saw a coach and the parents drinking and smoking in the parking lot? U play against them and smell the alcohol.

Don't play for them, anything else you might do will have little effect beyond embarrassing your high school age son. Now if it was the players, whole different ball of wax. Otherwise I feel sorry for the kids playing on that team.

i have seen umps that you would think are drinking the way they see a strike zone...my main concern is my players are not smoking or drinking or vaping

As a travel baseball coach and parent of young children, I would find another team and steer my players or kids towards another organization or team. Guaranteed if guys were coaching in PA, where I recently relocated for work and family they couldnt scratch their butts in PA without a background clearance. PA very thorough in paperwork for coaches and teachers. For good reason I would say.

Tellit it was always weed. No reason to say that at first . No complaints about cigs. Man donít be petty with the comment unless ití was u.

Now it is weed. Fake news.

As long as it wasn't directly affecting me or my family -- and I mean beyond just smelling it -- I would mind my own business.

It is to each their own. When u have my wife and baby sitting in the car behind them and smell the weed and people say oh they been at it for years. It has been reported. Thanx

Allmysons, the reason no one is answering is because at this age of 15-18u we are more in the camp of "to each their own". What would i personally do? Well, my kid wouldn't play for them, that's about all i can do.

Sounds like you should join them next time.
