What are teams with mixed 8th/9th grade rosters doing until the JV season ends? Our travel team could be missing up to 7 players due to the JV season so we are feeling out our final schedule. Do you pick up players to get your 8th graders some reps? Or do you bring in your JV kids on the weekends? Seems like Cobb County HS teams are pretty militant about their players not participating in travel until their HS reps end, where other counties are more relaxed.
