There have been alot of questions about the legality of the 2011 Rip-It Prototype (reloaded).
I spoke with the Rip-It rep who directed me to the following site.

http://www.mme.wsu-ssl.org/certifiedbaseballbats.aspx

The recertified/reloaded Rip-It is legal for 2012.

If you buy a 2011 Rip-it (red) -3 oz drop do you have to have it recertified in order to play in 2012?

If you buy it from Rip-It it will be stamped "recertified".

The -3 Rip-It Prototype seems to be a desired bat because it is known to perform well.

Has anybody used the -8 senior league? If so, how does it compare to the Prodigy, Rival, Omen, and CF5 as far as pop and balance?

I'm hoping it's end loaded.
