Welcome to Georgia. In the Cumming area you will find quite a few travel teams (I can think of 8, I am sure there are more) + Select teams at each of the parks. The difficult part will be finding a team with a need at this point of the season. It might be good to find a team you can practice with and sub when they have kids absent. Then you can get to know the landscape of the teams and the area to make an educated decision on where to play when team's start 2015 tryouts in Aug/Sept.
