The 12u Excel Blue Wave will be holding private workouts for those interested in joining the team for the 2018-2019 season. We will play at the elite Majors level in the Southeast (mainly Georgia) with heavy emphasis on Triple Crown and Perfect Game tournaments. We will also be going to Cooperstown in the summer of 2019. The Blue Wave will be coached by Chris Wigley who has been a high school head coach for over 8 years and led multiple teams to the state playoffs.
Excel Academy is located in Oxford, Alabama. Winter workouts will be run by current and former pro and college players in the Excel Academy once a week on Sunday afternoons. Excel Academy has helped over 200 players move on to play college and professional baseball. In season practices will take place on Wednesday's on the field in Oxford, Alabama.
We currently have a core group of players that have played on top majors teams in Georgia the past few years. We are looking for elite athletes that love the game and want to learn from some of the best instructors in the country.
