All tryouts are 100% Open Tryouts regardless if players were been Bombers this past season. Our Bombers professional staff will be selecting the top players who also have great character and will fit into our organizational model for each team.
Each player will be put through an extensive Evaluation Showcase and evaluated by our Bombers professional staff. Each player will be sent their professional evaluation card with all of the coaches notes and grades in numerous skill areas regardless if you make a Bombers team or not.
This year Bombers Baseball will be using Rapsodo Hitting and Pitching technology to give feedback to our players during tryouts.
Rapsodo Hitting will allow us to give your player his Exit Velocity, Launch Angle, Exit Direction, Ball Distance, and more.
Rapsodo Pitching will allow us to see Pitch Velocity, Spin Rate, Strike Zone Analysis, Horizontal and Vertical Break, and more.
We will also be using this technology within the organization to help develop our players. Each player in our organization will have a Rapsodo account where you will be able to keep track of your progress through the technology helping us develop our ballplayers into the best they can be. This is a technology that currently no other organization is offering their ballplayers.
