Looking for a team for fall/summer. Shutdown centerfielder that can cover 2/3rds of field by himself, takes away gaps and alleys, track speed, high motor. Very coachable and disciplined. Player Resides in Suwannee/Duluth area.

The Georgia Stars Baseball Academy 17u Team for the 2018-2019 Season, non-profit 501(c)3 organization located in Norcross, GA, is an organization dedicated to the development of young men through the game of baseball. The mission of our organization is for our players to attain an athletic or academic scholarship to play baseball in college. We are actively evaluating players from age 17u for the 2018-2019 season. Your son can expect:
A. Player Development- teaching fundamentals of the game Infield & Outfield. B. Training- Position and group training on all aspects of the game for 10 months of our season. c. Competition- Playing competitive tournaments that assist the development of your sons game in the Atlanta Metro areas. d. Professional Coaching Staff - Coaches who have played the game in College and beyond.
All Player fees are refundable as we are a 501(c)3 public charity.

CatMando: I am not committed yet, I run in the 6.8 range, need to get it down in the 6.3 - 6.4 range for D1 as a CF, My track and field experience helped me with learning how to run properly. My dad and I work lots of hours on reading balls off bat and taking proper angles in CF, I also use pitch sequences/location to get good reads off the bat. Everyday is a work in progress to get better. Thanks for your post. |
