The 8th Annual 2019 Southeastern All-Star Championship will be held in Douglasville, Georgia from May 16th through May 19th for the following age groups: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 year old's. This tournament continues to be the most popular kick off tournament of the year and averages 50 to 80 teams in it every year. This event will be held at beautiful Hunter Memorial Park, located just 2 minutes off of I-20.

Hunter Memorial Park is a newly renovated 8 million dollar complex, and is one of the nicest Dizzy Dean Parks in Georgia. This state of the art complex has 11 fields, 12 batting cages, and full concessions. The maintenance team keeps the fields up to the highest quality playing surface. Hunter Memorial Park also has a beautiful lake for fishing (Catch & release) before and after games, so feel free to bring some fishing rods for a relaxing get away. The park also offers Frisbee golf, tennis & a walking track for those interested.

The Southeastern Championship will be a fun and exciting way to kick off your All-Star season and is great for teams of all talent levels ("A", "B", & "C" teams)! The Southeastern Championship will have a 3 game guarantee. However, most teams will play between 3 & 5 games due to our Gold, Silver & Bronze format. The total number of brackets will be determined by the number of participating teams.

Tournament Format: 2 games of pool play followed by a single elimination bracket (3 game guarantee). For pool play, teams can expect 1 weeknight game and 1 Saturday game. Some teams could have 2 games on Saturday.

We will play Dizzy Dean rules (with a couple of small modifications) for this tournament, however, the tournament is open to any type of All-Star team (Dizzy Dean, USSSA, Ripken, Pony, Dixie Youth, Little League, etc...) Travel teams will not be allowed to participate in this tournament.

***All-Star Baseball WILL allow the use of USSSA BPF 1.15 bats as well as the new USA bats

To reserve your spot in this tournament, Call or email Taj today. You will then need to print the tournament entry form and mail it in with a check by the deadline listed on the entry form. This tournament has limited spots and fills up faster and faster each year so don't wait and get left out!
