The Kennesaw Generals will be hosting private tryouts, for small groups of players at a time over the next few weeks. This team's coaching staff has over 15 years of coaching experience. The team started the season in Coach Pitch, with weekly pitching workouts for all players and recently transitioned to Kid Pitch - with a good first tournament outing - where 11 of the 12 players pitched during the tournament.
Fundamentally, the team believes in repetitions, minimizing downtime in practice and allowing kids to get work at all the positions in practice. At this age, development should be the focus and growing their love for the game. Every kid gets bullpen work each week as well.
