14u East Cobb Colt .45s Navy (Halyard) will have their make up work out at Big Shanty at 10 am on Sunday, July 26th. Plan on a minimum of 2 hours for the work out. Players should be in baseball attire and bring plenty of water. Please arrive early for registration and to start your warm up and stretching routine.
