Program highlights include: • Fall season runs from mid-August through early November. Two 2-hour on-field practices at Medlock Park in Decatur per week, and five to six tournaments. • Winter workout program includes 12 weeks of strength and conditioning and skills/fundamentals team workouts • Spring season runs from mid-April (following Middle School season) through the end of June. Two 2-hour on-field practices at Medlock per week, and eight to ten tournaments. • Teams are managed by paid coaches that are not parents or guardians of any player. Roster selection is the responsibility of the coaches.
