Grizzlies Baseball is excited to announce the formation of a brand-new 9u Travel Team playing out of Cherokee County. The Head Coach (Woody Jones), has many years of baseball coaching experience at the Travel-Ball level. The overall mission for this team centers around an emphasis on skill development built on love and respect for the game. With unlimited access to quality coaching, field space, batting cages and bullpens, there will be a tremendous opportunity for player development. We aren't a team looking for one specific position or "Majors Level Players Only"...we want kids that want to learn the game and push to compete!!!
Rather than having 1 or 2 traditional “tryouts”, we will be setting up a series of weekends for potential players. Come on out and be a part of this awesome, developing 9u travel team in Cherokee County! Workouts will being Saturday Feb 6th at Dwight Terry Park in Canton.
