5-Tool Sports Training Center is excited to announce our 2015 MLB Style Catching Combine and our 2015 Pro Style Pitching Combine.
3rd Annual MLB Style Catching Combine
Lead Instructor: Todd Pratt
Todd spent 22 years playing professionally, including 14 years at the Major League level with the Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago Cubs, New York Mets, and Atlanta Braves. Todd is currently the head baseball coach at West Georgia Technical College.
This Combine will run 6 days over the Holiday Break. Players will work on increasing their receiving skills, blocking skills, footwork, pitch calling, and more. We will utilize our Dartfish Video Analysis software to break down the players tendencies, and work to build a solid foundation as we prepare for the Spring season.
The second half of each session will be Hitting instruction ran by Todd and resident hitting guru, Coach Andrew Parrish.
1st Annual Pro Style Pitching Combine
Lead Instructors: Corey Williams and Jarrett Brown
Corey Williams - Corey pitched collegiately at Vanderbilt University before being selected in the 3rd Round of the 2011 MLB Draft by the Minnesota Twins. Corey most recently pitched (2015) for the Chattanooga Lookouts, the AA affiliate of the Twins.
Jarrett Brown - Jarrett was selected in the 23rd Round of the 2011 MLB Draft by the Boston Red Sox, but chose to attend the University of Georgia. Jarrett was selected in the 22nd Round of the 2014 MLB Draft by the Seattle Mariners. Jarrett pitched this season (2015) for the Clinton Lumberjacks, the A affiliate of the Mariners.
This Combine will cover the following aspects:
Arm Care - Proper Warm-Up, Stretching, Throwing (Long Toss), Post Throwing, Non-Pitching Day Routine, Strength Mechanics, Video Analysis, Mental Toughness, Approaching Hitters, and More!
Camp will run 9am-2pm. Pitchers may elect to join the Afternoon Hitting Session with former MLB catcher Todd Pratt from 12:30-2:00pm.

Cost of the Combine is $250, or $60 per day. We will have regular camp going on from 9am - 6pm, for anyone who may need later pick-up. There will be a small additional fee of $5 per day to stay late, payable at time of camp.
