Baseball Families,
It's getting close to that time again. ECB will host its annual Velocity Training Program this Winter at the end of October. Price point for all age groups is $375 for the full program ($225 for 6 dates). All payment forms are accepted.
During this program, we cover important prehab and rehab routines, effective long toss principles, as well as the use of weighted baseballs to improve feel, strength, and velocity.

High School Players - 5:30pm to 6:45pm
Youth Players (13U and younger) - 6:45pm to 8:00pm
