Georgia Bombers Baseball will be holding tryouts for 11U on July 1st and July 8th at 10:00am. Both tryouts will be held at Wills Park - Field 7.

All tryouts are 100% Open Tryouts regardless if players were been Bombers this past season. Our Bombers professional staff will be selecting the top players who also have great character and will fit into our organizational model for each team.
Each player will be put through an extensive Evaluation Showcase and evaluated by our Bombers professional staff. Each player will be sent their professional evaluation card with all of the coaches notes and grades in numerous skill areas regardless if you make a Bombers team or not.
This year Bombers Baseball will be using Rapsodo Hitting and Pitching technology to give feedback to our players during tryouts.
Rapsodo Hitting will allow us to give your player his Exit Velocity, Launch Angle, Exit Direction, Ball Distance, and more.
Rapsodo Pitching will allow us to see Pitch Velocity, Spin Rate, Strike Zone Analysis, Horizontal and Vertical Break, and more.
We will also be using this technology within the organization to help develop our players. Each player in our organization will have a Rapsodo account where you will be able to keep track of your progress through the technology helping us develop our ballplayers into the best they can be. This is a technology that currently no other organization is offering their ballplayers.

Both Georgia Bombers 11U teams next season will have PROFESSIONAL coaching along with our great coaching staffs helping to develop our 11U Bombers.
Tommy Butler will serve as the Age Group Coordinator along with co-owner of Georgia Bombers Baseball, Aaron Alvarez, working with the teams in addition to Tommy Butler.
Tommy Butler has been with Bombers Baseball since the beginning and is arguably the best defensive coach in the area and works tremendously with the young ballplayers. Any references needed on Tommy Butler's abilities as a developer of young ballplayers can email Coach Mike McCavitt who uses Tommy to develop all three of his sons 11U, 13U and 15U, as middle infielders.
Aaron Alvarez, co-owner of Bombers Baseball, will be out working with the hitters and catchers through the season. Aaron is also the owner of Grand Slam Sports Center in Alpharetta.
