Georgia Bombers Baseball will be holding tryouts for our 10U Mill Creek team on July 15th and July 22nd at 2:00pm. Both tryouts will be held at Bogan Park (Mill Creek) - Field 3.

All tryouts are 100% Open Tryouts regardless if players were been Bombers this past season. Our Bombers professional staff will be selecting the top players who also have great character and will fit into our organizational model for each team.
Each player will be put through an extensive Evaluation Showcase and evaluated by our Bombers professional staff. Each player will be sent their professional evaluation card with all of the coaches notes and grades in numerous skill areas regardless if you make a Bombers team or not.

Our Tryout will utilize the latest technology from Rapsodo for each player being evaluated.
Information obtained includes pitching spin rates, velocity, trajectory, horizontal and vertical break, etc. For hitting exit velocity, spin rates, launch angles, etc.
A comprehensive tryout report will be provide to each player who tries out. |

For clarification....This is the Mill Creek Hawks travel team (Williams) which has been together for 2 years and won the GGBL their first year (8U). After our first year, we no longer played GGBL, and went to a tournament only schedule. Beginning this coming season, we are partnering with the GEORGIA BOMBERS and will be known as the GEORGIA BOMBERS (10U) - Mill Creek.
There is also a new second Mill Creek 10U team (Caldwell). This second team has no affiliation with the Georgia Bombers, but will also play out of Bogan Park. It will be their first year playing travel. Hopefully this clears up any confusion. |
