Hello Baseball Fan,
Thank you for opening my post to consider a position with the East Cobb Yankees 14U team. We are in need of one or two Pitchers (P.O.) to complete our roster. We could consider both full-time and part-time roles with the team, depending on the situation and players needs. They could also contribute in the Outfield if they have the experience and bat to back it up. The East Cobb Yankees organization has been around for 20+ years and some of the current MLB and college athletes have played for the East Cobb Yankees. We are one of the feeder teams that allow players to get a look at East Cobb, and potentially be considered for one of the Elite teams, like the Astros, for 15U or 16U. Come on over to East Cobb and get more exposure for your ballplayer with more College coaches and MLB scouts walking the grounds than any other program in the country.
Our Spring season kicks off this coming weekend, so we have at least 8 tournaments to play through early-July. We'll take a short break and then start again for a heavy FALL season, allowing College scouts to see your ballplayer. The Yankees are managed by Marc Herrick, an East Cobb Coach and Manager since 2014. The Yankees are coached by (2) Professional Coaches: Cory Cottrell and Jordan Lester for every game and practice. We practice twice a week at East Cobb and have access to the Academy when weather disrupts our schedule. We will play in all the top Tournaments in Georgia as well as the FL State Championship in mid-June in St. Augustine, FL.
