Looking to compile list of Atlanta area instructors that offer off season type throwing and arm maintenance programs. Not 'lessons' per se, but actual programs that they have pitchers do over a defined time period. Weighted balls and other approaches, etc.

643 Baseball uses Gene Ross and he is a certified arm guy. Great program and semi customized to your kid. Check the site as it is not too late to start. Free eval to check degree of GIRD and initial velocities.

The only throwing should be of the baseball bag into the closet.

Do not touch a baseball until February.

Play another sport.

Perform age appropriate workouts.

I agree with taking some time off but honestly it’s that mentality that is causing the injuries more than throwing too much
