Last tryout for the East Cherokee Cobras this Saturday (8/2) at 2pm on field 2. For the Fall we will play Sunday only tournaments every other Sunday and one or two full weekend tournaments. We understand that your son may play other sports and we will do our best to work around those.
We are based out of Sequoyah Park (7000 Vaughn Rd. Canton, GA 30115). Our program incorporates a heavy focus on the fundamentals of the game. In addition, our pitchers and hitters receive professional instruction from Auterson Baseball. Our primary focus is to get the players accustomed to what is expected of them to be ready to play high school baseball.
During the Spring and Summer we will play two weekends then take a weekend off. We start workouts in mid-Feb and we start tournament play the first weekend in March. We will not play holiday weekends. We always play our last tournament out of town. As 11u we went to The Ripken Experience and had a blast. This year we will go to Panama City Beach the last week of June. That will wrap our season.
