Valdosta Freshman struck with an errant throw between innings in a game last night. Currently on life support.

Tragic story. Unfortunately, the young man did not make it. Prayers go out to this young ballplayer's family, friends and teammates.

And pray for the poor player who threw the ball. While it was certainly an accident, that's a burden he'll carry his entire life. That's a lot on the shoulders of a 15/16 yr old kid.
