Just for fun.....
There have been some great baseball/mascot team names.
Sometimes the stranger the better, especially when there's a great innuendo associated.
Here are my 4 favorites.
Please feel free to make your list a Top 5/Top 10 of best/strange/weird if you want. We'll see if there is an overall best choice/winner at the end.
1. Lookouts (my LL team name in 1979)and current Chattanooga ML team.
2. 6-4-3
3. New one i just saw listed....the Colt 45s.
4. Though not baseball, the Macon Whoopee hockey team.
If you are part of an adult softball team, I'm sure there are some great names there too. List them all!

A few years ago our rec league went from colors to minor league team names for the Fall League.
Between my two players they were the Sand Gnats, Biscuits, River Dogs and Timber Rattlers and they loved those names and
especially the hats. I also like Myrtle Beach Pelicans and my well worn (r.i.p.) tee shirt.
Don't know if they're still around, but we played a couple of years against the Orange Crush. They were pretty good, too, we considered
it a major milestone when we beat them at 12 and 13. |

I play on a church softball league in Smyrna....My favorite so far is the "Pitch Slappers"

| My son is trying out for the Premier Elite Select Future Prime Scout team. Its only 6000 dollars and they carry 25 players on the roster. I've been promised that my son will be drafted AND receive a D1 scholarship, its exclusive. |
