We have two (29 and 30, both drop 10's)...could not be happier. Got the 29 for 10U and liked it so much that we went back and got the 30 for 11U next spring...plus gives us the entire off season to work with it. Local GA company, Buy American, if and when you can.

I read the reviews. Listened to the hype. Went and spent $250 on the Dirty South War bat 28" -10. After three games of great results, the end cap came off. When I contacted the company I was told that they had had a problem with the end caps not being cleaned properly with the early models but that it had been remedied. I was informed by the lady at Dirty South to "just use some windshield adhesive" to glue it back on.
This wasn't what I wanted to hear from a company that had just gotten $250 from me after less than a months use. Either that or pay shipping to send it back where they would use windshield adhesive to repair it. Angry with what I call poor customer service I'm now the proud owner of a $250 paper weight
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after the treatment I got.

Bob
Call us 770-867-Bats on Monday and we will be happy to take care of this for you. It is a 2 minute fix and we will send you a shipping label. The issue with the end cap was that some of them were not wiped with a mold release after production. This prevents the glue from bonding properly. Thanks Dirty South

We have three of the Swags and my boys love them, we had a problem with one of them during practice on a Wednesday evening called them ( Dirty South ) on Thursday morning and they hand delivered a brand new one to us Thursday evening. Great customer service and I guess it pays to live close by :)
