Between PG, TC, and TBS, there has been some very good 13 U baseball so far this season. Some teams are choosing to play only 60/90, some now playing all 14U events, some playing a mix, and some continuing to play only 13U. My opinion so far is:

Major Elite Teams
1) HP Kearns (pitching and big kids!)
2) Team Elite Prospects (getting better every week)
3) EC Astros (3 elite players, then somewhat ordinary)
4) Chain (haven't seen them play much but look strong)

Close to Elite
1) 643 Cougars (some losses but still play late most weekends)
2) Colt 45's (strong hitting club against most pitching)
3) EC Braves (too many arms hurt to break through so far)
4) HP Carnazzo (solid)
5) Nxt Level (depending on who they bring from Alabama, otherwise they go to next catagory)

Solid and can beat anyone on a given weekend
1) Both Acworth Teams
2) EC Select (especially with their top 2 pitchers on mound)
3) 643 Tigers ("3rd" 643 team started strong but has been fading)
4) 643 Jags

Others that show up and play with the big boys and compete (kuddos for not trophy hunting and playing down)
1) Titans 13U
2) EC Dodgers
3) Several other HP teams
4) EC Black Knights

Throw in the out of town teams that come visit and some other lower majors and the overall level of play has been very solid. Looking forward to the rest of the season!
