Triple Crown D2 & D3 Georgia Fall State Championships - East Cobb Complex & Surrounding Facilities, Georgia
Event Dates: 11/03/2017 - 11/05/2017
Event Format: 3 game minimum guarantee. 2 pool games and then into single elimination.
YOUR TEAM WILL COMPETE AT THEIR 2017 SPRING SEASON AGE GROUP. FOR EXAMPLE IF YOUR TEAM PLAYED 10U THIS PAST 2016 SPRING BASEBALL SEASON, THEN THEY WILL PLAY AT THE 11U AGE GROUP THIS 2016 FALL BASEBALL SEASON.

Included with your entry fees:
1. All umpires (No pay-at-the-plate!)
2. First-Class facilities
3. Professional, courteous, and attentive Triple Crown Staff, on call anytime for the duration of the weekend
4. Champions and finalists awards for each age group
Depending on the amount of teams entered into your specific age group, there could be a possibility of splitting into multiple brackets playing for their own Championships. These "Gold", "Silver", and "Bronze" Championship teams will be determined by results from pool play. In order to break out into these separate brackets, we need a minimum of 16 teams (Gold and Silver). Another bracket will be added for every 8 teams thereafter. (SUNDAY SERIES Championship format will vary)

All out of town teams are required to book their hotel rooms through the approved Triple Crown partner hotels to be accepted into the tournament. We qualify out of town as teams that are traveling more than 100 miles to the tournament. Hotel reservations are quick and easy with Triple Crown Sports. You will find our website very informative as well as a nice range of accommodations to choose from. Triple Crown has secured hotels and has the lowest group rate guaranteed. East Coast Fall Nationals (Saint Augustine, FL)
For 15u-18u ONLY
Additional Berth to the USBC in Richmond Virginia

Equipment Required for Participants: Please be sure to upload your COMPLETE team roster for the event prior to your first game. Once you step foot on the field for your first game, your roster is LOCKED and you cannot additional players to your team. All players on the roster are required to have their Authorization Waivers completed before playing.
*Please be sure to keep birth certificates on you for the duration of the event.*
**TCS does NOT provide baseballs for this event. All teams provide 2 new baseballs and 1 used baseball per game. Get them back from the umpires at the end of each game. No specific brand is required, but please, no “synthetic” or altered baseballs**
When Game Times Available: 11/1/2017 AT 10AM EST
Special Events: Check-in one hour before your first game at your game site to turn in your birth certificates, and to make sure your bracket/schedule has not changed.
ALL FACILITIES will charge admission. $5 per day. No coolers or outside food allowed in the park! Metal cleats only DURING GAMES!!! PLEASE WARM UP IN TENNIS SHOES OR TURFS BEFORE THE GAME STARTS!!!! ...please do not wear cleats on Sports Complex walkways. Please warm up in your turfs and then change over to the metal cleats for your game!!!!!
