Westside Baseball Winter Workout 1:
Explosive Speed and Agility/ Strength and Conditioning
With
Coach Marvin Hammonds, CSCS/C.P.T NSCA
Dumanis Performance Training
Westside Baseball is introducing a Winter Speed and Agility/ Strength and Condition Program for any athlete looking to gain that performance edge. Our program is baseball /softball specific, focusing on developing functional strength and quickness needed for competing on the highest level. Open for ages 12-18 years old and limited to the first 20 participants. Testing for progress in the 60 yard dash and home to first along with other metrics are shared with the athlete and parents.
Westside Baseball’s program will consist of two sessions per week; one day speed and agility; one day strength and conditioning. The workouts will be both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting) for eight weeks. 6:00pm-7:00pm
November 7-21, 2017
November 28- Dec 21, 2017
December 28- January 11, 2018.
Coach Marvin Hammonds has worked with all levels of baseball and softball players including past and current Major League and Minor League players including Dexter Fowler, Freddie Freeman, P.J. Phillips and many others. His over 15 years of experience will allow the players to work out like the professionals, intense but safe.
Athletes should dress appropriately and bring plenty of water.
Cost:
Westside Baseball Members and siblings $20.00 per session
Non Members $30.00 per session

Due to an unexpected issue at the 3433 Diversified Dr. Loganville, Ga 30052 location, we will meet instead at the 2170 Westside Court Snellville, Ga. 30078 location at 6:00pm.
