2012 Team Insurance

Team Insurance is available to all NWBA team members whether they participate in league play or not.

Below is a breakdown of the 2012 registration fees that do not include league play with an explanation. If you are interested in league play, please check out our League Play page.

NWBA Membership Fee - $25. This is the base fee to join NWBA and covers the basic administration costs of the association. (Web site, office supplies, postage, insurance administration, etc)

Insurance.  Liability and Supplemental Accident that covers games, practices and tournaments. Other team activities are covered except for high risk events (i.e. fireworks display). For exact coverages, please see the insurance certificate on the Forms page. Third party certificates are available at no cost. Cost is based upon age group as outlined below. For multiple age group teams, the age group is based upon the oldest player.

• 12 & Under - $65
• 13-15 - $90
• 16-18 - $115
