I went to the doctor and found out I have posterior capsule tightness in my shoulder and I was wondering if you knew any physical therapist in the east cobb /woodstock area that has a baseball background and has a throwing program for after? All suggestions would be fantastic. Thank you

Try Rapid Sports Performance in Woodstock. They are a baseball-specific training facility and have an on-site PT. I have no affiliation with them, but my son worked out there last year, and they were great.
