Looking for new bat for my 12 year old. Has been using Rawlings Liquid Gold Plasma 30/22. He loves the way the old bat feels. Any suggestions? Thnaks

I've heard some stories about the Rawlings Plasma bat's not standing up well in colder (less than 50 degrees) weather. I have been made a believer in the Demarini Voodoo's. My son is 13 using a 32 / 24 and it has outstanding pop. It's priced well (2008 model) and has withstood weather as well as being used by several of his team mates throughout the season. It's probably the most popular bat on his team.
