I actually do "bubble wrap" mine sort to speak. we play basketball too and he never gets on the court without pads...I like the Schutt DNA All-in-one girdle (nice hip, thigh, and tail bone protection); Nike Pro Combat padded shirt and shorts; Easton Torso Tection and EvoShield Chest/Rib/Back shirt. Once I add the McDavid elbow and knee pads, he kinda bounces when he hits walls, floors, the ground or pavement! I figure, he only has one body, might as well protect it...so far, so good. |
