I am kind of new to all of this - my son is a a u13, all star caliber rec player - I have resisted him playing travel because I thought it was a lot for a kid who liked to play a bunch of different sports - he wants to play more competitively but I cannot find basic I information about how all this works

What are the teams in North a Fulton, maybe Cherokee counties?

Can he still play football and basketball if he plays travel?

What do all the different levels mean, and how do I figure out where is appropriate?

He is an A+ defender, good pitcher and inconsistent hitter

Any insights are appreciated!
