Anyone else notice that the current Grand Slam Tournaments rules online, http://www.grandslamtournaments.com/rules.aspx#baseball, make BESR bats legal for 14u and younger? This is different from their downloadable rules (which are dated 2012) that require BPF or BBCOR bats.

Anyone know if this is an intentional change, or just an oversight when updating the online rules?
