HI everyone, I got a question that was asked of me by a friend of mine. His son plays for a "Pro Coached" team and was injured in April. Since his son was injured the team has picked up a sub the entire time he has been out. I am not sure if the sub has paid any kind of fee.

It turns out his boy will be out for the year with this injury. The payment schedule was broken down in 1/3's with him paying 2/3's of the fees already. My question is this, should he be liable for the last payment even though his son has NOT played at all and missed 1/2 of the season? And the fact that the team brought in a sub? Why should he have to pay the last third for another kid to play?

Thoughts?
