Offensive/Hitting Clinic
The Offensive instruction will focus on the fundamentals and approach to becoming more consistent at the plate. Emphasis will be placed on a strong foundation and clean bat path straight to the ball. Through the process the instruction will highlight how to use the body correctly to maximize strength at contact, alongside the mental approach to hitting.
• How can a strong foundation and ground force change our swing?
• How do we use the body correctly to maximize bat speed and power?
• What does a clean path to the baseball mean, and how can it benefit our
swing?
• What type of offensive player am I? What is my lane? How can different lanes
effect different approaches to hitting?
• How do I incorporate what type of offensive player I am into my own
approach and plan?
Cost: $100#8232;
Limit 5 players per age group
Mondays & Wednesdays/ 1st 2 weeks of December (4, 6, 11, 13, 18) 5:30pm - 6:30pm: 10u-12u 6:30pm - 7:30pm: 10u-12u 7:30- 8:30p. 13+
