I was told by a respected Coach that I need to make sure my son is a part of a good organization. I was wondering if you gentlemen (or gentle women) think that organizations matter if you are a part of a good team with a good coach? Most would say good organizations have quality coaching. I know there are teams or programs that have multiple age groups, but it was pointed out to me that that doesn't make them an organization. Which is my second question...what makes a quality organization?
