I would love to hear from some people with experience of having out of town players on their team(s), either at 13U or older. I am talking about teams that only practice with less than half of the team. I know it happens more at older ages. My question is, do the players really get better not practicing together? Do they get better only playing in games? Maybe it's just for the best of the best players?
