Can someone clarify the bat requirements for 14u baseball in the region? The BPA rules say that the drop 3 BBCOR bats are required for 15u. However, my son has been told that he needs a drop 3 BBCOR at 14u.

Is there some local rule adjustment?

Is it just for some tournaments and not others?
