We have had a hard time finding a good local tournament without driving 2 hrs one way and even then not knowing how many teams will be participating and at what level of play. We have decided to try and get a few teams together (4-6 teams), during the weekend of July 16-18 for a round-robin mini tournament. Details are as follows;
Location - Ocee Park in Johns Creek/Alpharetta area - www.oceepark.com select Directions for precise address etc. * Open to 9U and 12U teams of A, AA, and AAA caliber. 11U teams are also welcomed for the 12U division if your competitive level is high enough. * If at least 3 other teams sign up then there is a 4 game guarantee (unlike the standard 3 games). If you reach the Championship game you will be playing 5 games. * Price is $375 with no gate fee. We want to make this cost effective and fun for everyone. * Trophies for First and Second place teams. * There will be Skills Competition for Individuals and Teams with prizes going to the winners. * Gift bags to all participants * Covered bleachers (to guard against rain and sun) for the fans * Full concession stand
