The Choo Choo City Mustangs boys 10U for 2011 will be holding open tryouts on July 25 at 2PM at Rossville City Park Field 4. The Choo-Choo City Mustangs evolved as a girls ASA Gold team in the 1990's and at one time had more than 25 former players on college scholarship. In 2001 the Choo-Choo City Mustangs Elite baseball team was formed. Over the next five years more than 20 Mustangs went on to play college baseball. Picked up three great players, all can throw peas,to replace the five that moved on to greener pastures. Still looking for that good lefty that doesn't mind coming off the bench.
