13U Wildcats (Sandy Plains Baseball)
Manager: Darin Porter
Tryout Information: The 13U Sandy Plains Wildcats will begin their evaluation process at Harrison Park within the next 2-3 weeks. Harrison Park is located next to Lassiter High School. Specific dates and times are pending and will be available within the coming week.
We will also be conducting an open workout prior to evaluations for those players interested in trying out for the team. We will use this initial practice to refocus the kids on baseball and prepare them for the evaluation process.
The 13U Wildcats are looking forward to a competitive 2011 season ending with a trip to the Cal Ripken Experience in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The team is currently set to compete at a high AAA level and we are looking for highly skilled and motivated players at all positions. Pitching and catching is a plus

Tryout Information: The 13U Sandy Plains Wildcats will be holding tryouts for the fall 2010 and Spring 2011 season at Harrison Park. Harrison Park is located next to Lassiter High School.
Saturday, August 7, 2010 Field#2, 10:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday, August 8, 2010 Field#2, 1:00am – 3:00pm
The Wildcats will also be conducting an open workout for those players interested in trying out for the team.
Tuesday, August 3, 2010 Field#2, 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Wednesday, August 4, 2010 Field#2, 6:00pm – 8:00pm

| There will be 2 teams at the 13U level this coming season. Darin Porter is running the 1st team the Wildcats, and Mike Wallace is running the 2nd team the Prowlers. The Prowlers coaching staff will be at the tryouts mentioned above. |

13U Wildcats (Sandy Plains)
Tryout Information:
The 13U Wildcats are on schedule to hold initial workouts on August 3rd and 4th. The workouts will be held on field #2 at Harrison Park, which is next to Lassiter High School. Field #2 is located on the upper portion of Harrison park. Workouts will start promptly at 6:00PM and at 8:00PM. They could go longer depending on turnout.
The actual evaluation time is also on target for 10:00AM - 1:00PM on Saturday, August 7th and 1:00PM - 3:00PM on Sunday, August 8th. Depending on turnout these sessions may be extended to ensure all the kids are evaluated in each expected area of discipline. The final hour of each workout will be dedicated to pitching and catching. If you have any conflict with the times or dates, but still wish to take part in the evaluation process please let me know.
The 13U Wildcats are looking forward to a competitive and fun season at a high AAA level.
As a reminder the 13U Wildcats will be performing combined workouts and tryouts along with our 13U Prowlers team.
On another note field time at Sandy Plains for the fall and spring seasons is not an issue, as we have a field dedicated to our age group. There will be ample time for instruction and repetition throught the season.

REMINDER as of 08/03/2010:
13U Wildcats Workouts
As a reminder the 13U Wildcats will be holding a combined workout with the 13U Prowlers this evening (August 3rd) and tomorrow (August 4th) for those players interested in playing the fall and spring season for the SPBA Baseball Program.
The workouts will begin at 6:00PM and run through 8:00PM and possibly later depending on turnout.
The workouts will be held on the upper field #2 at Harrison Park next to Lassiter High School.
The 13U Wildcats are looking for a few impact players that have pitching, catching and/or middle in-fielding experience.

| Coach Dore has decided to step away this year. The 12U Wildcats Manager is Brian Huie. He was the Asst. Coach of the 11U Wildcats team. He can be contacted using the SPBA website and selecting the 2011 Travel Team link and under the 12U Wildcats he can be contacted. |

13U Wildcats Workouts
The 13U Wildcats will be holding a combined evaluations with the 13U Prowlers Saturday, August 7th, starting at 10:00am – 1:00pm.
We will also be holding a secondary session on Sunday, August 8th, starting at 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
DATE and TIME PENDIN: Because our tryouts are being held at the same time as other organization in the local area we will be holding an additional session the week of August 9th, for those that are still interested in our teams.
The weekend evaluations will be held on the upper field #2 at Harrison Park next to Lassiter High School. Please try to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to allow for an overview of the pending session; as well as registration paperwork.
The 13U Wildcats are looking for a few impact players that have a high-level of pitching and catching experience.
