The Georgia Academy Power - Myers ( Major ) team practices at Patriots Park in Woodstock / Acworth area. The 3 fields include a first class turf field for inclement weather and a brand new batting cages and pitching mounds being installed this summer for the fall season. This is a great complex. This team has a winter work out program indoors to prepare for the spring however we also encourage multi-sport athletes in our program. This team was among the elite teams in the state of GA this season going 45-20 and playing the very best competition in the SE all year in both Fall and Spring. This team has some very special trips planned for this group in fall / spring. It's a fantastic opportunity for a great player or two to join our family at GAP and this talented squad. GA Power 13U Myers will be holding a private tryout for those that contact us and we will do this on Tuesday and Thursday of next week in Woodstock GA. We are specifically looking for "major" type talent and we are searching for a solid and experienced catcher and then also a solid pitcher/ hitter to add to our team. We would love the opportunity to speak with you about your sons baseball acumen. This will be a team with former collegiate stand out players that coach and a "pro style" coach as well. This team and coaching staff has won a state championship and finished second in another title game and has consistently been known and respected as one of the top teams in this age group state wide.
