The Sequoyah HS Junior Chiefs Baseball Program will be holding tryouts for the 7th and 8th grade teams on Saturday, August 14th and Sunday, August 15th. August 14th, 7th grade will be from 9-12, 8th grade 1-4pm and August 15th, 7th grade 1-3 and 8th grade 3-5 at the Sequoyah High School Baseball Field. The primary objectives of the team are to improve fundamental baseball skills, be successful at this level and to prepare to play for Sequoyah High School Baseball Junior Varsiy and Varsity teams. Eligible candidates must live in the Sequoyah High School District and plan on attending Sequoyah High School. The "try out" format will be designed and administered by the Sequoyah High School Baseball head coach with input and evaluations from the head coaches and thier staff.
