The Kennesaw Generals 10U Travel Program will be hosting a free tryout for the coming 2019/2020 Season on Tuesday, July 9th at 7pm at Adams Park(2753 Watts Drive, Kennesaw 30144) on field 5. Wednesday, July 10th at 7pm will be a back-up day in case of rain Tuesday or if someone absolutely can’t make it Tuesday.
We will have a light Fall/Winter schedule with 1-2 practices a week and 3-4 Sunday Only Tournaments in the Fall. We encourage players to play other sports in the Fall/Winter, this improves a players overall athleticism. Our Spring Season will ramp up starting in February with 2-3 practices a week and around 14 weekend tournaments ending by the end of June 2020. We will probably play 2 out of town tournaments within this Spring/Summer Season as well.
We are looking for interested families who’s players have a desire for baseball, good work ethic, and great attitude coupled with families/players that are committed to a team supported atmosphere. If you are looking for a family-friendly environment, positive coaching experience, and a program that focuses on building your child's baseball skills and character, while having fun, then this is the team for you and your child. Our proven track record of teaching the game, developing the individual as a player and young man, and competing as a team at a high level while maintaining a strong family-like culture is what we believe in.
