The TG D’Backs/East Side Baseball program is looking for top players to fill out both our very talented Major & High AAA rosters for the upcoming 14U season. Both 13U teams are currently wrapping up very successful seasons with winning records while playing a high level of competition.
What we offer:
- Professional (Full-Time) Paid coaching for practices, scrimmages and games/tournaments
- Established & reputable organizations (East Side Baseball & TG D’Backs lead by Todd Greene)
- Top level teams in the organization with both 'Major' and AAA+' options (2 Teams). Players will have the ability to move within the organization between teams throughout the season as players progress to earn spots and have opportunities to play, develop and advance.
- Both teams are established teams with successful winning records at both levels and will practice together in academy style environment.
- Convenient East Cobb location to all parts of N. Atlanta (Fullers Park, Marietta GA).
- Very competitive budgets (No 'extra' fees or field fees etc.).
- Limited roster sizes for more playing time and quality reps with focus on player development.
- Multiple sports athletes welcome. Flexible fall schedules.
- More baseball for the money. We play an aggressive number of tournaments in fall & spring/summer to maximize playing time and reps, all while keeping very conservative and competitive budgets
The TG D’Backs program is headed by Todd Greene, former catcher in the Major Leagues for 12 seasons: playing for the California Angels, Toronto Blue Jays, New York Yankees, Texas Rangers, Colorado Rockies, and San Francisco Giants. He and his talented team of professional coaches run academy group practices that hone in on the little things that win games with a full focus on preparing our players for high school and college baseball.
The head coach and East Side program director for the DBacks is Jordan Robinson. Jordan has had extensive head coaching experience for high level teams within the TG DBacks organization for over 5 years from ages 11U – 15U. He also brings 8 years of experience coaching at the High School level for South Forsyth HS, Norcross HS, Etowah HS and Athens Academy. Jordan has college playing experience at Young Harris College and UNC Wilmington. He played his High School baseball at Milton High School in Georgia where he was a state champion in 2004 and a Regional player of the month.
Estimated budgets will be approximately $2500 - $2800 per player and will depend on the total roster as well as the actual number of tournaments played

Cost of the tryout will be $30 per player and will be collected the day of the tryout.
The tryouts will be held on Wednesday 7/29 on the Pony/Colt Field at Fullers Park in Marietta

TRYOUT IS TOMORROW 7/29!! There will be two teams again this season and both teams just finished very successful seasons winning multiple tournaments. Come play for a winner alongside some of the most talented 14 yr olds in the Atlanta area led by Professional (Full-Time) Paid coaching for practices, scrimmages and games/tournaments.
Please arrive early to sign in and get warmed up.
