Many of you know my son Trevor was severely hurt in a freak basketball accident. A knee to the head cracked his skull and caused causing severe bleeding inside the brain. It required emergency brain surgery at Children’s Hospital. Jennifer, Ridge and I appreciate the thoughts, prayers, cards, food and visitors. He is on the road to a full recovery. These things definitely help you put things in perspective and realize what’s important.
This has also impacted our baseball team. We were carrying 10 with the plan of adding 1 or 2 as the season begins. As you all know, there is a great deal of movement early in the season. We now have 9 and are looking for a pitcher to fill the void left by Trevor’s injury. The new player would also play an outfield or infield position. If you are interested please contact me at 770-377-8724 or eastcobblonghorns@yahoo.com. We are playing a schedule combined of major and other open tournaments.
Thanks again! Phil Hillhouse 13U East Cobb Longhorns
