The Lanier Longhorns based out of Cumming GA are looking to add one or two players. We practice out of the old Forsyth Central high school field (Cumming City Park)and play tournaments on weekends. We are AAA team that believes in teaching the fundamentals of baseball and preparing our players to make their high school teams. The head coach played college baseball and the assistant coach also played college baseball as well as some minor league ball. Our goal is not only teach the kids the advanced fundamentals of baseball, but also to build a competitive spirit that they can carry with them throughout the rest of their playing careers.
The Longhorns will host an open tryout on March 2 at 6:30pm at Cumming City Park. We are looking to add a player quickly as our season is already underway.
