You would have to put the Astros and Titans as the top 4 teams. Longhorns will be solid with the huge additions from last years Astros and Stallions. Next weeks Triple Crown will answer some quesions. Not sure anyone will be able to compete with the Astros or Titans, they will be very solid.

Rawlings still for my money

Gotta look at intangibels like the way the coach conducts himself the way the kids conduct themselves win or loose and gotta honor their parents for same

Some these other teams arnt doing the same bleachers to dugout even when a winner

It is early, but heard the Longhorns won the aforementioned Triple Crown, and beat the ECB Titans 15U 13-0 this past weekend in ECB 16U tourney. My belief is great team chemistry+knowledgeable, calm coach+respected Team Manager+Fun,supportive parental units= enjoyable summer of travel baseball...and if you happen to win the majority of your games, a bonus!

I believe the Astros, Titans, Longhorns, and Rawlings will have good seasons as expected. How they all shake out will be relative anyway.

The key to the season should be teams getting players playing time and making them better players. The teams that are doing that for their players will be the successful ones, regardless of their records.

How the coaches for these teams develop and motivate their players to be better will be key.

The grumbling in the bleachers comes more from teams that have players who are spending a majority of their time on the bench. Not sure why coaches want to take on that headache.

Who cares about who is the best EC team? Its all about player development.

I'm not paying for wins and losses.

Agreed.

I did watch about 4 innings of a 15U ECB Titans game. I don't know where they "rank", but they are LOADED.
