July 9th & 10th the Lake Lanier Copperheads will be holding private tryouts for the upcoming 2012 baseball season. Tryouts will be held at the Central Park baseball fields in Cumming, Georgia.
We are looking for 1-2 players to complete our roster that will be going to Cooperstown next summer.
The type of players we are looking for: all-around athletes who pitch (preferrably left-handed) and hit with power or have good speed. We are looking for players who desire to compete at the highest level and have fun while doing it. We want players who desire to out work the competition in the off-season so we can out perform the competition during the season.
Parents: if you are looking for coaches who are more interested in developing players than winning ball games-then look no further. While other programs are hiring coaches with professional experience, we have two on staff. We are committed to teaching our boys the game of baseball and developing the boys' into great young men.
