This will be an AAA team working towards Major that offers a unique and rewarding opportunity, as well as the best in professional instruction. We have a core group of young men that have played together for several years. We are looking for players who are ready to compete against the best teams around. We have an excellent group of dedicated families that are looking forward to another enjoyable, successful season.
The RBA Hawks are very excited to have instruction from Kevin Renz and his Baseball Academy throughout the season. We will have fielding/defense and hitting at least two days a week, and pitching/catching once a week. Practices will take place both indoors and outdoors, and will be at a high pace, high school structure, that will push and challenge our boys to play at their highest potential. This structured, high intensity practice schedule during the week will allow the boys to excel during games.
There are no set positions or batting order spots, playing time will be fairly earned and rewarded. We will play a light fall schedule and then 10-15 tournaments in the spring. We plan to end our season in Cooperstown.

PTL, thank you for your interest. The core of the team and coaching staff is coming from the 11U Dacula Falcons Team. We decided to go in a different direction this year to better prepare our players for the next level. quote:
