New time - Evaluations will be held Friday night beginning at 7PM, August 12th at Sewell Park (just east of Marietta loop off lower Roswell). With our field and cage availability, we will not have any issue getting practice times that are convenient and plentiful. We'll look to play 2-4 tournaments this Fall plus a travel team schedule in the Spring. I measure everything from throwing speed, accuracy, WHIP, OBPs, running speed, etc. If you want to measure progress, you need to keep and interpret data. High speed camera and video analysis of batting and pitching motions help break down key areas for improvement.
