Coaches,

We wanted to invite you to a tournament we are hosting March 9th through the 11th. Tournament will be at Paulding County High School on the Softball field. This is our home field. We have a great setup and it should fill up fast. Our fences are a little short, so it is a good test for teams that might be headed to Cooperstown as the dimensions are almost the exact same.

We will be having a Home Run Derby on Saturday mid day as well. Our goal as always is to make it fun for everyone that is present.

Winning team gets a $50 AMEX Gift Card to use as you please and 2nd place gets a $25 gift card.

Here are the details – if you want in – register on the website – really easy and you can go ahead and pay there as well.

When: Pool Play March 9th and 10th and Bracket Play – March 11th
Where: Paulding County High School (Girls Softball Field)

Format: 2 Game Pool Play Followed by a Single Elimination Tournament

USSSA Rules will Govern:

Entry Fee: $325 – This includes:

· 3 game Minimum

· No Gate Fee

· 2 Umpires per game

· Baseballs Provided (3 per game, after that, each team will kick in one each starting with home team)

· 1St place trophy and $50 gift card for the team

· 2nd place trophy and $25 gift card for the team

Extras:

Home Run Derby (12PM to 1PM)

· Our field is 210 to center and 200 to left and right

· $10 per entry – 10 pitches from a pitching machine

· Trophy awarded to the player that hits the most home runs during one 10 pitch session
